K-12 Voluntary Student Accident Coverage

Proof of insurance is required for all students participating in athletics.

If athlete does not have insurance, they may purchase athletic insurance specifically for sports participation.  For this school year, the district has partnered with K&K insurance to provide information to parents and guardians regarding accident insurance coverage for students.  Parents and guardians may enroll their student(s) online at the K&K insurance website.

If a students sustains an injury during the school day, you will need to obtain a claim form from the K&K insurance website.  Once the parent or guardian has completed the form, they will need to have the school administration sign acknowledging that the injury took place at the school or school sponsored event.
